I bought this because I wanted an Arca-Swiss compatible ball head with a lever release, but it didn't fit my tripod, so I'm selling it.
It's apparently a genuine part from the Marsace Carbon Tripod XT-26S.
According to online reviews, it can be used with a Sigma 150-600mm lens without issues.
